Start with a local mobile number
Get a Singapore number for calls, data and account signups. You can get a new number or transfer an existing Singapore number; port-in offers require a number transfer.
Open a bank account
Bank applications depend on your pass and identification documents. The local-bank shortlist links to application routes for newcomers.
Arrange services for your home
