- Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the calendar month. First-month charges and allowances are prorated.

- Yearly roaming allowances last 365 days from SIM activation and automatically renew.
- Each line gets 10 incoming roaming minutes worldwide per month; outgoing roaming calls and excess incoming minutes cost extra.
- Includes incoming calls on the Singapore network, incoming SMS globally, caller ID and a SIM card or eSIM.
- Select the 500GB no-contract Share plan and activate the SIM cards within 14 days of ordering.
- Extra data, minutes and SMS are charged at VIVIFI More rates after the shared allowances run out.
- Pay the first two issued bills before terminating or porting out. Termination takes effect at month-end; submit the request at least seven calendar days before then, by 5pm.
Additional charges
- Pay one month’s subscription upfront for each new line; it is credited against the first bill and is non-refundable.

- Work Permit holders may need to pay a refundable deposit for each line.
